Majiwa is a motivated School Leader with over 17 years of experience. He has extensive experience leading outstanding secondary school teams in local and international curricula. He believes in building positive and productive learning environments for increased learner attainment. In addition, he enhances team capabilities through ongoing staff coaching and development. As a committed educator, he is passionate about raising aspirations and achievements. He leads by example in planning and delivering creative lesson plans for maximised comprehension and engagement.
His education philosophy is that every child is unique and the role of an educator is to provide a stimulating environment that will inspire the learner to maximize learning opportunities in diverse classroom settings. Before joining Pharo, he worked in several international schools in Kenya in various leadership roles.
In his free time, he plays indoor games, watches football, reads, and spends time with family.
